Inspired by Newquay’s distinctive Lighthouse cinema building, the painting explores the pull of artificial light, with glowing signage, illuminated entrances and figures gathering beneath a star-filled sky. Wet roads and reflective markings guide the viewer toward the warmth and anticipation of the evening ahead.
