The kiosk sits at the heart of this painting; a familiar stop for coffee and refreshments, nestled beside the main Pentire Headland car park. A lone car leaves as the night deepens, while beyond, East Pentire stretches into shadow and West Pentire rises on the opposite side of Crantock, framing the horizon.
